Shipping Policy

We offer FREE shipping on all purchases over $75.00 (before taxes). A flat fee of $10.00 will be added to every order below $75.00. Living Fit Nutrition ships via Canada Post Ground service. Shipping is available to physical street addresses ONLY within Canada. We do not currently ship outside of Canada for the time being.
