You know you will be learning useful martial art techniques from Head Instructor Tristan Connelly who is known for fighting almost every other month and trains multiple time a day and hold multiple championship belts.
Achilles is also training and teaching daily and has extensive striking knowledge and skills.
Don’t be surprised to see MMA, Judo and BJJ expert Adam Ryan come around and put on seminars and train the athletes during fight camp.
If you are in the area and thinking of training or looking to mix things up or wanting to train in a real MMA cage, make sure to check out their website for their training schedule and contact information.
